- Do not fold or damage the barcode area of your ticket.

- The person presenting the e-ticket will be deemed the ticket holder, regardless of the name printed on the ticket.

- Lost tickets will not be replaced, even if proof of purchase is provided.

- All ticket purchases are final. Refunds or exchanges will only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed.

- In such cases, please contact the event organiser directly. Roxsel Ltd accepts no liability for any changes to the event schedule.

- General Admission tickets do not include allocated seating.
